Staff Recommendation: The Secret Pulse of Time

Klein deftly guides the reader on a journey through the very nature of time. Touching on subjects as diverse as the evolution of our biological clocks to how to maximize efficiency in your day, Klein's prose is delightfully awash in pithy literary and pop-culture references and is a pleasure to read. This book offers a renewed commitment to slowing down and enjoying the present.

Staff Recommendation: The Thing About Life Is That One Day You'll Be Dead

This book is part father-son memoir and part biology lesson. The title of the book might be a mouthful, but don't let that put you off. The writing is as clear as the topic is broad. In this book, you'll delve into the life cycle: birth, life, aging, and death. While reading it, you'll reassess your preparation for life's emotional, psychological, and physical trials.
